1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Product: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged cannot be returned.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
    • Customized or prescription lenses that were made to your specific specifications.
    • Final sale items or any product marked as non-returnable.
    • Gift cards.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning your item(s).
  3. Return Shipping: Once you have received the return authorization, securely package the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us. The return address will be provided during the return authorization process.
  4. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the item reaches us safely.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return eligibility requirements, we will process your refund.
